123452.How to Join?： 【Join VIP Member Program】
- VIP member only.The member fee for the 1st year is NT$1,000, the 2nd year is NT$800.Aftering paying the total member fee NT$1,800, you become the permanent VIP member. The member fee could not be deducted from the rents and is unreturnable.【If you rent by mailing, you have to pay permanent member fee NT$1,800 to be the permanent member】

- 10% off to buy the books（Dr. Seuss series 5%）, unlimited but you have to show your VIP ID. Only for the VIP himself/herself.
- One free Story Time event monthly. Special discount to attend the activities in the store. Only for the VIP himself/herself.
- Free on-line reader.【Only limited for the books less than 48 pages, chapter books are not included.】
123454.How to Rent?
- Open Hours： Monday to Saturday 9:00am~6:00pm. If you have special request, please call for the appointment in advance.
- Only 3 books once. The mailing members have to buy the coupon and pay advance. Please Return the preveious rent books before you rent new books.
- If you come to the store to rent ,NT$40 for one book, NT$100 for 3 books.The maximum books are 3 weeks for a week. You have to return in one week. The punishment for the delay is NT$10 for one day one book. The mailing members returns the books accourding to the coupons. The longest days for the mailing members is 30 days. The punishment for the delay is ONE point for one day one book. When deduction points reach 150 points, then we will deduct one coupon.
- To encourage the kids to cherish the books, if any damage happened, we will charge you NT$10 for each page. If the damage reach 50%, please pay the full price. If you lost the books, please pay full price. For the mailing members, we will deduct 3 points for one page.
- To encourage the mailing members to return the books on time, we will give you a FREE rent if you didn't deduct any points.
- The returning date for the mailing members will be based on the "POSTMARK". Please return the books on time to prevent the punishment.
